Brief History

I can help with marathon preparationI qualified in 1986 from the Middlesex Hospital in London and worked in leading London hospitals.  I have also worked in California, USA, at San Jose Medical Centre, a leading trauma and chronic pain clinic, where I trained in Craniosacral Therapy.

I returned to London and worked on a physiotherapy research project working with GPs.  In 1994 I set up a private practice in Westminster, London, working with local GPs, consultants and providing a physiotherapy service to occupational health departments to several large corporate businesses.  In 1997 I relocated my practice to Worcestershire, where I was originally from.

and occupational injuriesI work with all ages, from “young at hearts” to children and adolescents.  I have trained specifically in adolescent sports injuries.  I treat a wide variety of injuries and conditions (please see conditions treated).

I enjoy working with all sorts of people from high level athletes, such as this years Team GB's gymnastics squad see link:
to the “enthusiastic” sports players, tree surgeons to office workers, combining my long experience and up to date medical research and evidence based practice, with a good deal of humour, creativity and empathy.

Now that I am based in Malvern College Sports Complex I can provide complete rehabilitation physiotherapy.  I have full use of all their facilities, pool, state of the art fitness gym to use with my patients to ensure that people regain their full optimal function (In plain language this means, to enable you to get back to your sport or activities as soon as possible).

Having a Malvern physiotherapy practice, now offers me the opportunity to use my experience to help the local community, with physiotherapy and sports injury prevention at all levels.
